Arkalogi Tech Pvt Ltd(“Arkalogi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Xutra, a multi-broker trading and algorithmic strategy platform (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Xutra, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password or authentication details you provide when you register.
• KYC and verification information: PAN, demat/trading account details, and other identity documents required to verify you under applicable regulations, where collected.
• Broker connection data: the broker(s) you choose to connect (e.g., Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, or XTS-based brokers), and authentication tokens or API keys used solely to communicate with your broker on your instruction.
• Trading and usage data: orders, positions, holdings, and strategies you build, backtest, or deploy, along with how you interact with the Platform.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access timestamps, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including displaying your consolidated orders, positions, and holdings across connected brokers;
• authenticate you and secure your account;
• execute instructions you give us, such as placing an order through your connected broker or running a backtest;
• communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Xutra is a technology platform, not a stockbroker, depository participant, or custodian of funds or securities. When you connect a broker account, you authorize Xutrato use your broker’s official APIs to retrieve data (such as orders, positions, and holdings) and to place or modify orders strictly on your instructions. We do not sell your personal or trading data to third parties. We may share information with:

• the brokers and exchanges you have connected, to the extent necessary to execute your instructions;
• service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), under confidentiality obligations;
• regulators, law enforcement, or courts, where required by law; and
• a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your information. Broker API keys and tokens are stored using encrypted storage and are never shared with anyone other than the broker they were issued for. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as light/dark theme), and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations (including securities-law recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may disconnect a linked broker account at any time from within the Platform. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

Xutra is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services, including broker platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date, and we will communicate material changes through the Platform or by email where appropriate.
